ECA and the OECD Development Centre are working together to better understand how policies can promote structural transformation that generates inclusive and sustainable development outcomes. In this framework, we are organising a high level Policy Dialogue on "Addressing structural transformation in Africa within the new global landscape". The Policy Dialogue is organise within the framework of the OECD initiative for Policy Dialogue on Global Value Chains, Production Transformation and Development, a global initiatives which includes ECA in the advisory board.
