September 1st, 2015 (ECA): UN Under-Secretary General and Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) will hold a dissemination seminar on the 2015 edition of the Economic Report on Africa in Cairo (Egypt) on 3 September 2015, on the margins of the 96th Meeting of the League of Arab States’ Economic and Social Council.
The Economic Report on Africa (ERA) is an annual publication of the UN Economic Commission for Africa. This year’s edition focuses on Industrialization through Trade; it analyzes various industrialization attempts carried out in African countries since their Independence and the development of industrialization mechanisms through structural transformation in Africa.
