KAMPALA, Nov 27– President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda has been named among the four most influential heads of state or government in Africa, according to the latest list of the most influential Africans of 2014 published by the New African magazine.

Only a radical shift in approaches to end gender violence will bring about change, says Gender Links, a South African based non-governmental organisation that promotes gender equality across the 15 countries in southern Africa.
