La commission économique pour l’Afrique (CEA) tire la sonnette d’alarme sur la fragilité des systèmes de santé et des économies des pays africains . Selon un rapport publié vendredi 17 avril à Addis-Abeba, par la CEA, « entre 300 000 et 3 300 000 Africains pourraient perdre la vie à cause du COVID-19, en fonction des mesures prises pour stopper la propagation du virus ».
