Africa has made significant strides in implementing the Millennium Development Goals, in five of the eight MDGs, a report said. The report which looks at Africa’s performance on MDGs and transition to Africa’s 50-year development plan, and the SDGs, said primary school enrolment increased as did gender equality and empowerment of women.
