Discussing Decentralization and Structural Transformation in Eastern Africa
The UN Economic Commission for Africa, office for Eastern Africa will hold its 20th session of annual meeting known as the Intergovernmental Committee of Experts (ICE) on 8-11 February 2016 In Nairobi Kenya.
Under the theme: Institutions, Decentralization and Structural Transformation in Eastern Africa, this meeting will discuss key issues and challenges pertaining to the economic and social development of the Eastern Africa region with the view to making appropriate recommendations to address them.
