The 23rd Meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee of Senior Officials and Experts (ICSOE) organized by the UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), Office for Eastern Africa will be hosted in Asmara, the State of Eritrea on 05-07 November 2019.
The Government of the Sate of Eritrea and ECA Office for Eastern Africa wish to extend a warm welcome to all participants. The theme for the meeting is: Leveraging New Opportunities for Regional Integration in Eastern Africa.
