The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) is supporting the Rwandan Ministry of East African Community to conduct debate competitions in secondary schools so as to reinforce awareness of  Regional integration among students across the country.Debating clubs were formed in 60 secondary schools to participate in competitions at district, provincial and national levels.
