Forum Documents

The forum is a paper smart conference: In promoting SDG 13:’ Climate Action” and other SDGs, the conference documents will be shared with participants in electronic format through a PaperSmart portal . We highly suggest you to bring your own device.

Printing hard copies will be made available on-demand and can be requested via the green button () under each document on the portal. Participants will be allowed a maximum of 5 copies of each document per language. The requested hard-copy documents will be made available after 20-30 minutes at the distribution desk in front of the plenary.

A PaperSmart Help Desk will also be available to help participants with any problems with accessing the PaperSmart portal.

Participants are encouraged to bring laptops, iPads and smartphones to access the PaperSmart Portal. No login details are required. The event PaperSmart portal is located at: https://papersmart.uneca.org/meeting/293/programme.

How can I access the documents and statements?

PaperSmart Portal: Go to https://papersmart.uneca.org – locate your meeting name and click on it. Alternatively, a direct link to the event documents can be found on the main conference website under documents: https://www.uneca.org/arfsd2020/pages/forum-documents
Offline Digital Copies: Distribution of official documents via flash drives will be available from the Paper Smart Desk located at the front of the conference room after the conference.
Print-on-Demand (POD) (): Distribution of hard copies requested via the PaperSmart portal can be collected at the PaperSmart HelpDesk.
