The meeting aims to review and validate the Women’s Economic Empowerment: Boosting Female Entrepreneurship in Africa Report which provides a comprehensive quantitative analysis of individual-, firm and country-level data using a large variety of databases with specific attention on selected countries such as Angola, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Mali in addition to other countries such as Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Kenya and Zimbabwe. The meeting will convene experts from relevant ministries of member States, civil society organizations, academia and private sector.
