This second issue of the Journal of African Transformations, through the various themes it addresses and analyses a number of social and economic dynamics taking place on the African continent. In general, this journal reserves space for theoretical articles that attempt to capture the changes under way but also allows for articles which formulate public policy recommendations for action.
