The main objective of this workshop is to strengthen the national and regional dialogues through creation of a platform for sharing of experiences and understanding of the contribution of ICTs to Africa’s recent economic growth performance and to explore how that contribution can be further enhanced.

The EGM will be attended by decision makers, ICT experts, NICI focal points, RECs and IGOs, and other regional and international organizations including representatives from telecom operators, private sector, civil society, academic and research institutions.
